Permission to conduct due diligence of consumer finance business of Citibank N.A. Pakistan

Karachi :  State Bank of Pakistan through its letter of June 25, 2012 has granted approval to Faysal Bank Limited (FABL) to conduct due diligence of Consumer asset portfolio of Citibank N.A. (Pakistan Operations). The due diligence will commence subject to signing a confidentiality agreement in terms of applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations, Faysal Bank Limited said in a communication Tuesday to Karachi Stock Exchange.
