Islamabad Export Processing Zone set up soon to facilitate investors, bring new technology, attract foreign investment

Islamabad, Islamabad Export Processing Zone will be set up soon to facilitate investors, bring new technology, know-how and attract foreign investment in the country, said Deputy Prime Minister Ch. Pervez Elahi.

Talking to Islamabad Chamber of Commerce ICCI delegation led by Munawar Mughal on Friday, he said business community always played significant role in progress, prosperity of country, ICCI press release said.

Deputy Premier said all stakeholders and business leaders will be invited to discuss core issues. He assured all problems of trade and industry would be solved on priority.

Munawar Mughal said government reshape its load-shedding policy and provide chance to industry to flourish as its units are running far below required level due to growing power outages.
