Govt to provide subsidy on solar tube-wells

ISLAMABAD, Jun 2: To improve the agricultural productivity in the country by using the cheaper resources of energy, the government has decided to provide subsidy on the installation of solar tub wells. Addressing the post-budget press conference here on Saturday, Federal Minister for Finance Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh said that the introduction of solar tube-well system in the country would help reduce dependency on high pricing fuels for the agri-sector.
