President, PM houses conserve electricity

ISLAMABAD June 02: Finance Minister Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh on Saturday said that the President and the Prime Minister houses conserve electricity. Answering a question regarding power load-shedding at the President and the PM houses, the Finance Minister said certain offices had certain requirements. But the PM and President houses were well aware of the country’s needs and conserve energy. “Uninterrupted power availability at these houses does not mean that they lit 500 bulbs. They are cognizant of the power crisis and do not waste energy,” he added.
